I started the 200 situps and 200 squats programs too. My middle is so sore that I could feel it when I pumped ketchup out of the dispenser at the cafeteria![]()

The push-up and squat apps are making my world a better place.
The rest timer between sets of squats or push-ups is a hoot, I either balance on one leg or juggle during the count downs. (I'm juggling my blocks, the ceiling is too low for me to juggle my clubs indoors.)
