Hi there! I just wanted to stop in here and say hi!

While I am not the most active bike rider, I am definitely going to start cycling more once the weather warms up and I get get a bike that actually fits (not my brother's old bike that's about 3 inches too big. But I keep myself active with yoga, boxing, belly dancing and the most random things I can find!

Can't wait to chat with all of you!

Welcome!! You'll find that not all of the members here are logging serious miles. Some are more casual, just like you, so don't be afraid that you won't fit in. There are all types here, which makes it all the better I think, plus you always seem to have someone inspiring you to do more and to be better.

    Here's to many happy miles!!

Hi welcome. I'm also fairly new. For the first time since I was a kid, I got two bikes this past year that actually fit me fairly well. A mountain bike (bought new at my old LBS in Ohio). The owner had the right mountain bike in my size, like it was fate that we stopped there on our trip to visit my family and bring our cats home. My cats were up there for a couple of months for our move. I also bought a used road bike that is at the very limit of what fits me, but it fits and I love it. Have found I prefer a road bike to any other bike. Of course my husband prefers mountain bikes. LOL

    hello and welcome!

I'm a beginner, and currently logging more excuses than miles to tell the truth, but a few more degrees above freezing and that will change!
