Penn Ave bike lane "instructions"

Alls I can say is: WTF??

Actually, I have another thing to say: If I need special instructions from the internet before I ride there, the design is bad.

Also: If I want to turn I'm supposed to wait in a pedestrian crosswalk, and then attempt to merge into traffic to make the turn??? Do they really believe this will work???

If you are turning right you get in the LEFT bike lane?

And if you are turning left you get in the RIGHT bike lane?

That's gonna confuse people up real good...
