I am going to try it :)

It is supposed to rain most of the weekend, and it was much too windy to ride today...I want to ride my bike!

So am going to get up VERY early tomorrow morning, put my Stella 150 light on Stella (my Trek 7.6) and check out part of the route I am considering using to ride to work once a week. If it is raining already then I won't go, but if it hasn't started yet will give it a shot! These are definitely urban streets instead of the country roads I am accustomed to riding, but I suspect at 6am on a Saturday morning there won't be much traffic

Wish me luck! At least I remembered to plug the battery in to charge overnight for the light. I've had it for two months and this will be the first time that it will be used.

LOL - sadly though it started raining a few hours earlier than forcasted, and there is a tornado watch. So guess no riding today, but it would have been great!

    Awwww. Next time.

That rain is a little ahead of schedule isn't it? I'm sitting here watching the radar and figuring that anyone who shows up for the 8 a.m. ride is getting wet .... and I probably won't be one of them.

They are talking about periods this afternoon of no rain (and tomorrow afternoon), and am considering hitting the country roads then....though will probably just go hiking. Monday and Tuesday are supposed to be dry so will more likely ride then.

As it turned out I was able to go out later in the day - though to a very different place because of the threat of rain - didn't want to be TOO far from my car if the skies were to open

Too bad Brando didn't take up cycling; what a hot old critter he could have become.
