Need product recommendation: windstopper-front baselayer, long sleeves

Riding the last couple weeks has made me want a new piece of gear. It's been cold and windy enough that I get chilled if I don't have my jacket on, but it's warm enough that my back gets uncomfortably sweaty if I do have my wind jacket on.

So...I would like a baselayer with a windstopper front and a wicking, breathable back & arms. Something like this: http://www.teamestrogen.com/prodPI_3904.html, but I would rather have a long-sleeved version and I don't see that PI makes one in long sleeve. Craft does, but I only see a men's version and I want a female-specific cut. Anyone know of another brand who makes something like this for women but with long sleeves?

ETA: I suppose I could also get a vest...but I'm thinking the baselayer would be a more flexible option because I can see myself using it when I go skiing too.

Ibex has made several jackets matching what it sounds like you need. The nice thing about the wool is that it stays warm even if you sweat into it or if it rains.

(I sweat horribly, so suffer horrible chilling when I stop riding. Wet clothes are not fun! Wool makes it better.)

I have the Pingo, which is a wool softshell. Trek420 has the Breakaway, which is softshell on the front and wool knit on the back and sleeves.

The Ibex outlet is the way to go: http://www.ibexwear.com/shop/products/4/0/womens-outlet Keep an eye on it for goodies. Full price gets kind of scary. Sierra Trading Post http://www.sierratradingpost often has Ibex on the cheap, as does 6pm http://www.6pm.com

I always wear this: http://www.teamestrogen.com/prodPI_4968_2.html for visibility, and it also functions as a nice layer to keep the chill out of the front and let the heat out of the back.

Thanks Knot! I do love wool baselayers, but I hadn't seen any of these "hybrid" types that still have the softshell/windblocker in front. now, to see what kind of deals I can find on them.

    ?

Not sure if these would be of any interest? Look at either the Ristretto or Thermos. http://www.groundeffect.co.nz/products-MER.htm

The flying nun & popsicle look inviting as well. http://www.groundeffect.co.nz/products-WOM.htm
