I'm going to be doing it for the 3rd time (2006, 2008). We'll be going down the day before with the RV and the dogs. I've already reserved an RV spot at Rancho Seco Park. If any of you are doing it, I'd love to have you stop by and knock on our door.
It's a fun race: the lake is fairly warm, and very clean. The ride is rolly, but no big hills. The run is mostly on packed trails. The volunteers are great and they give awards 5 deep in the age groups.

June 6 is too soon after Auburn for me.
I really do like the venue there though.
