First off, I ride a tri bike...
I LOOOOVE the relief the Adamo provides for me in the front as well, BUT I have a problem with it too.
It irritates a cyst that formed where my body meets my leg (like were your underwear seam would rest alongside of the crotch panel) because of the width.
I started out with the Adamo Race and probably put about 1000 miles on that saddle before trading it out for the Typhoon... just hoping that the padding would cushion the cyst as bit. Nope. Still there. Still irritates it.
I'm thinking about trying a Selle SMP next. I have had absolutely no luck with regular cut out saddles at all.![]()
I feel your pain. The Adamo is 'nearly' perfect. If only it were more narrow, but then the relief zone would also be smaller (and more like a regular cut out). I guess it's a 6-in-one thing...
