    Upper Body Workout

Thom came to another of my trainer sessions today. I've got pics and a write up on our website. Follow the link below.

He took 150 shots today. We cut that down to 9. He says that's the secret to good photography - cutting out the photos that suck!

Man, I wanna come workout with you some day! Shawna is so creative!

It looks challenging, but fun. I'm jealous.

Shawna really knows her stuff. I really lucked out when my former trainer got a promotion and suggested I work with her. She really helped me clean up my eating in ways I can live with and workouts are always fun.

I wish I could have Thom take photos every week, because some of the stuff we do is just crazy.

I totally miss that. I had a great trainer when I lived in FL who was like that. She was such a sweetheart, too...I could never believe the things should could get me to do!

I remember doing one exercise where the last reps after a super loooong set involved me doing either curls or lateral raises (I forget which) with no weight. But by then, I was so spent that I was grunting and straining to lift my empty arms! I had more people in the gym staring at me because they hadn't seen everything leading up to it. It was actually so funny that it made me want to keep going just to freak them out!

Now I have to be satisfied with yelling at the trainers in my DVD workouts instead.

Great job V on those workouts. Thom does a great job with the photos too. It makes all of the difference if you enjoy the trainer you have. May it help you all of the way.

That workout looks simultaneously evil and awesome! Love the use of the stability tools to really take the workout to the next level. I think I'll take some of these ideas to modify my prescribed strength workouts.

You've got a great trainer (and talented husband)

Very cool pics! You look fantastic. Who wants to look like a twig when you have such a fabulous bod?

This reminds me that I tend to get carried away with cycling and forget to do anything else!!
