Thanks again for doing all this, Posse!! I SO appreciate the "public" accountability and comraderie of doing this with others.
    I'm in!
I weighed today since I will be out of town tomorrow.

    159.5
Goal weight at the end of August: 155
    Cholesterol goal: 175

I'm not actively trying to lose weight (although I need to- I'm just SO over dieting at this age), I'm just eating better and continuing to workout at least an hour a day.

Friday, July 7: First time since I have been maintaining my weight (seven months) that I have decided that I've gained a couple of pounds: 106 is today's weight. Goal is 104.

I'd like to be in again, too. BUT, here's the kicker. I can't weigh until July 27th (3 weeks from today) because I'm currently doing a Whole30 and one of the rules is 'no scale'. So my starting weight was actually my weight 10 days ago: 157. My goal weight for the end of August is 145.

    Thanks!

Thanks for putting this together again! I managed to hit last my goal for last challenge in the past week, so maybe I can hit this one on time....it seems like my little tweak of waiting until after the commute for breakfast may be doing something....

    Start: 165
    Goal: 159

I am in again - 134.4..no set goal right now, though that will change if it creeps up any more. With this infernal heatwave (and my two recent injuries) my usual exercise mix has been interrupted.

Friday, the 13th of July. How auspicious. Up to 107 pounds, the most I have weighed since last December. Not good. Travel is not easy for maintaining weight loss. I actually have to cut calories enough to lose again.

Weight maintenance isn't easy. I want to eat a lot more than I can eat.

135 Camping this week so things weren't quite "normal", but it is only up 1 pound so I suppose I shouldn't complain.

I took the week off from exercise since I just ran a marathon last Sat and needed to let some nagging injuries heal. Spent all week painting the outside of my house. Meh.

Even though I'm not doing the challenge (which for some strange reason seemed to backfire as I never lost weight when I was), I am happy to say I am now at my lowest weight in many months -- 104.5. I think that cutting out daily smoothies is the biggest change. Also, it's too hot to run (except maybe one short run every few weeks, on a rainy day), and I am doing yoga more often. Pretty much eating and drinking the same as I was when I weighed 3-4 lbs. more, other than the daily smoothie, which was almost like a fourth meal that I didn't need. I get plenty of fruit in my daily oatmeal, and often another piece with dinner, so I didn't need those big fruit smoothies (but they were good!)
