    Ruby size

I am throwing my Bontrager saddle that came stock on my Trek 1.2 out the window and giving the Ruby a shot and I have a question about sizing.

I measured my sit bones by making indentations on a piece of paper and measuring center to center. I measured 5" or 127 mm. It is my understanding that I should add 10 mm for each side, which would give me a measurement of 147. Am I correct in thinking I should get the 155? I just wanted to make sure before I take the plunge. TIA!

    143

think id go for the 143 - 4mm difference between 'ideal' and actual saddle size is nothing at all like 1/6 inch ... i think 155 might feel way too big. i am no expert - just my 2 cents worth...

I measured in between the 143 and 155 so the LBS suggested the 143 (Specialized Jett). I tried but it was too small for me - sit bones felt like they were "sitting" on the edge. I went with the 155 which works great for my behind. As you measured only 127, I think the 155 would likely be too big for you.
