the only thing left...is a new seat post. I want the Salsa so I can tip the seat without changing the for/aft... You can see the tip the fitter put in when I howled about pressure (i was overly dramatic)...if I want to put it BACK I have to be super careful!! i don't want to mes up the measurements.

Above is a link to a photo of my bike (just after we had a fitting)....I was going for the 350mm length...but there sure is a lot of post showing...should I go longer? How do you decide?

I bought the Salsa Shaft seat post for my LHT. With my new Brooks saddle, I was not able to fine tune the tilt with the seat post that came with my LHT. I would buy the longest size and then cut down if necessary. Since I don't have much of the seat post showing, I purchased the shortest one and still needed to cut it down to a smaller length. (I used my bandsaw to cut it.)

It works very well and it is easy to adjust. I bought mine online and it was 20% off of retail price. I would recommend it.

I knew you were going to ask that. Good thing, that I have not cleaned up my email.
