    chaffing

I have looked back through the posts and couldn't find anything on this, although I know it has been discussed... I rode 35 miles this weekend and am chaffed on the very tender area of my bottom...nothing around the sit bones. My question is chamois butter what I need to apply before my next ride to prevent this, or is there something else I should use...thanks for your expertise....

After reading as many of the threads as I could find, I tried A & D ointment like many of the ladies had recommended. I also used Neosporin several times a day between rides. It really worked for me.
