Can some one give me a training guide or some advise as to how to train for long distance rides...that is my goal but I'm sorta confused as to how long to go when/how and everything? I found one training guide on the 2005 Ride for the Roses website http://www.livestrong.org/site/c.jvK...w_To_Train.htm but it seems confusing and I just wanted something a little simpler if possiable?
