Hi All,

I have a question...

I've noticed that during racing I can sit in the bunch and quite comfortable ride at 35-40km/hr but when it comes to my turn on the front I don't seem to be strong enough st stay there for long at that pace...

I know I am improving and am now capable to go that fast but I want to be strong enough to also sit on the front of the bunch at that pace...

Any suggestions as to how to improve my strength?
