In the past I've used anti-static spray meant for carpeting and furniture, sprayed lightly on the garment before I put it on. Read the labels and download the MSDS's though, because some of them are reasonably safe for skin contact and others aren't.

All washing instructions say not to use fabric softeners on workout clothes. I imagine it's recommended in order not to hinder the wicking properties of the fabric. I don't use fabric softener and don't put my workout clothes in the dryer. In the summer I never have the problem of sticky clothes, but now everything is "sticky." Any suggestions as to what to do to prevent this uncomfortable situation?
