The days are getting shorter and WABA wants you to be safe and visible wherever you may be going by bike.

WABA, in conjunction with the District Department of Transportation will give out 600 free light sets and help make streets safer for nighttime riders by raising awareness of the importance of being seen when cycling especially at night.
