    I made a saddle adjustment!!

    Yes, I know it's minor but it's the first thing I've done to my new bike.

    I moved the saddle forward and tilted the front up and it feels much better. Totally eliminated the tailbone soreness, I think. I will need a longer ride to be sure.

    This is the stock saddle that came with my Trek; I'll probably upgrade eventually, but for now I'm really pleased.

    PamNY I have just done exactly the same thing tonight - moved the saddle forward a fraction and tilted it slightly back. I haven't had a chance to test ride yet so might have a little bit more trial and error until I find exactly the right place. So glad your change made all the difference.
