My husband saw this at Sur La Table while I was shopping at Banana Republic. I didn't know what the h**l he was talking about, but after looking at the picture, I understand.

I thought a "brownie edge" was some kind of bike computer.
I just baked banana bread, and BF and I each grabbed an end while they were still warm and crunchy. Wonder if this works for more than brownies?
I work at a foodcrafters' supply warehouse called Kitchen Krafts in the winters, and we sold hundreds of the Edge Brownie pans this year. Tons. Backorders. Who knew?
