Does anyone know of a good/healthy recipe for no bake PB balls?

A friend has made these for me when I hike. One batch was absolutely incredible. Unfortunately, she didn't write down the recipe and never duplicated the incredible batch.
Oil is good, grease is better.

These aren't balls, they are sticks. I don't see why you couldn't make them into balls:
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
3 Tbsp honey
2/3 cup corn flakes, crushed
1/3 cup fat-free dry milk
Knead ingredient together. Form into 6 sticks and wrap individually in wax paper.
Store in airtight container.

I like the idea of sticks. I could store the in the handlebars of the beater mountain bike I use for commuting.![]()
Heck, you could line up about 30 balls in the seat tube !
If I were making them, without even looking at the recipe, I'd use non-sweetened coconut, and yeah, some rice crispies, or shredded wheat, or crushed corn, or GRAPE NUTS....and some honey, and some dried lowfat milk sounds healthy. Sure they are caloric, but very nutritious. Basically, anything nutritious 'goes to the hips' just as fast as anything that's junk. It's all calories.. right? So, why not eat healthy ones and not worry about it anymore.
