I am a retired gymnastand have been taking spin classes for the past 4 years... .i am really interested in becoming an instructor but have no idea what I have to do?! who can help me?

I just wanted to say hello to another ex-gymnast. I was one once a long time ago before they swiched to the new strange Level system. I was back in the day of Class III, II, and I.
Now I've turned to cycling and love it! Easier on the body also
Sorry I can't help with spinning. Do you know someone that is locally that you can connect up with and ask them questions? Just an idea.
