So call me crazy (you'd likely be right) but I ran twice today. Outside for 5 miles at lunch and 3 miles on the treadmill after work. This is all part of my "intensive" month assigned by my coach. It's part of breaking down mental barriers and coming out the other side with a whole new idea of who I am as a runner. I wonder if this will also help me achieve enlightenment, (if I don't get shin splints first).

Oh... notice that the thread is only going to Sunday. The type A triathlete in me can't take this week starting on Tues thing any longer.
