Candisc 2008

For anyone who is interested, Candisc 2008 is going to go through the epic North Dakota Badlands. Stomping grounds of Teddy Roosevelt. Home of the wild buffalo

I can promise you the scenery will be spectacular, the weather will keep you on your toes, the climbs will test you, but the people will warm your heart.
You will ride on county and state roads w/ very little traffic, sag service is second to none, they have the best mechanic in a 3 state - 2 province region, rest stops are well spaced and the food is plentyful and delicious.

So if you want a ride that will "get you away from it all" come and join us the first full week in August.

I hope to be there for the ride. My brother called with me yesterday with the dates. No excuses, he said with this much notice!

Do you think I will be able to handle the climbs with just a double?

Hi, Eclectic! I hope to make CANDISC 2008 but am disappointed that Shuttleguy won't be there. I can't wait to see the climbing stats, which may try to deter me.
