I am so so so excited! Went into the LBS Tuesday night and gave them the money for my new bike. I am getting the Specialized Tarmac Expert with Rival. I decided there is no need for me to go to the Pro(since the expert and pro are the same frame- 8r carbon) because the only things I would really like to change out are the handlebars for carbon and the Rival to Force, where the pro is a dura-ace(I am a SRAM rider). I don't care so much about the wheels since they are training wheels- already have race wheels. And I have a friend who has a brand new rival grouppo that he hasn't used(he got the new Lemond and switched it out to campy, so I might sell my grouppo to buy his)I am so so so so so excited!!
Anyways, the bike shipped out yesterday so it should be here at the beginning of the week and then it is getting built up the day it comes in!
I have been riding my mom's Giant OCR C2, and while it is a super comfy bike for long distances, it is a little sluggish for the faster rides- so I can't wait to try out the Tarmac.
Here is a pic of what is should look like :-)

Courage does not always roar. Sometimes, it is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying,
"I will try again tomorrow".
Very nice! Congratulations!

I am only starting to comprehend the level of excitement you must be experiencing. I share in your happiness and can't wait to see pictures of the real thing when it's all built up. Congratulations!
