The sun is shining, temps in the low 50's and little to no wind - a good day to ride and so I did. After arriving home from my trip to Evansville, IN to be with family for Christmas (Silver I believe I saw the fruits of your labor, "Share the Road" signs as I journeyed down Booneville-New Harmony Rd) and picking my dogs up from the kennel I decided to go for a spin. The sun felt great and it felt even better to be out on the road on my new bike. I saw along the way several red tail hawks in flight or sitting atop trees as they surveyed their domains. I logged 26 miles today and averaged 16.1 mph. I came home with a smile on my face and dreams of riding again this week. Did you ride today?

My first outdoor ride in a MONTH + The sun was shining and the winds were light out of the northeast. Temps hovering around 35. Got out for 20, it felt great to be back out there. Hope the weather cooperates for a few more rides this month!

    Unhappy No but . . .

Sadly I did not ride today. Weather is just too yucky for me. But I did go to my gym and did an hour of hard spinning in my spin class this morning.

But I did enjoy reading all about your ride makbike!

Today was a good day for a mountain bike ride, we had to cut it shorter than we would have liked because the trails higher up were too muddy and we choose not to add to trail degradation. But what we did ride was still great and fun! Temps around 40, little traffic on the trails, didn't see any wildlife other than all the great songbirds.

temps in the 40s today, it was the first bike ride with andy on his new bike. We went to rte 66 state park, nice and flat, little traffic, and did two slow miles. Very good for little tires and short 4 year old legs.
