Bike Hire Near Kissimmee (Florida)

Hi Everyone
just a quickie....
Geoff and I are holidaying near Disney in May/June 08 and I dont want to not cycle, as you may be aware I will be "going for it" with the training for
John O'Groats to Lands End ride being in July/August
sooooooooooo I would like to know if any of you know of any hire places that could help.
I could bring seat and pedals hat etc. but dont fancy the idea of trying to get by bike there also if we hire my hubby will do too ...........but he definitely wont take his bike!!!
Also any tips for trails or routes would be greatly appreciated .

west orange trail - just up the FL turnpike from Kissimmee- there is a bike hire place at the 'killarney station' at mile 0 of this trail... the trail goes from there west for 22 miles and east from there to lake minneola.

also search on google for seminole wekiva trail. that is a neat one you would enjoy up the I4 to exit 92 (SR436)-- i think " david's world" cycles on Lake Mary Boulevard, which is on the trail does bike hire also - google them and they will come up--

also google 'osceola county bike trails' 'orange county bike trails' and 'seminole county bike trails' and 'lake county bike trails' - these are all round about presuming you have a car...

this website lists rental rates and contact numbers so you could give them a call from sunny lancashire and get something tee-ed up in advance if you prefer-- btw: although i live in orlando, i hail from sunny sheffield :-)
