Wahooeey I am on track again! Well, it's a start..I'm just so happy to have done some real physical exercise..I can't begin to explain how much i missed the adrenalin fix..

I re joined our swim group again tonight My leg brace floats

I swam with a pull buoy for 45 min and adapted the sets our coach had planned for us. I can assure you no water was kicked..

Next session, thurs night, Pilates(modified for me ) tomorrow & saturday along with my first accupuncture session!

Dec 3rd I find out how my knee's doing.

    slowly

    Thanks ladies

It was a slow swim so my heart rate wasn't up there! My left shoulder/ac joint is still a bit sore & stiff but it can be solved by using it a bit more & being gentle to it.

Off to pilates tonight & i'll see if we can focus on my shoulder area.

    Yay!

I know it stinks to be off the bike and off exercise. You'll get back. Take care of that knee.

Cool for you CC that you can get out and get some of your energy expelled in a way that will help with your recovery instead of hindering it. Great job on the recovery.
