Peter Reid Bandit @ the NYCM???

So I had the distinct pleasure of watching the New York City marathon this past weekend.

I saw Paula Radcliffe breeze by, and then the pro men, followed shortly by Lance and his possee. I snapped a couple of pics of Lance, so I'll try to attach it. It doesn't even look like him, but it's him.

Anyway, shortly after the LA possee I see Peter Reid run by. I screamed out PETER REID to which he turned a bit and threw up a wave. He looked a bit surprised to be recognized. I was only able to snap a quick pic of his back since I was thrown a bit off guard.
So I just went into the results to see how he did and there are no results for him???

So I went back and looked at the pic again, yep- defintely is him. I mentioned this oddity to Spencer and he said "hmmm... Maybe he was a bandit?" shrugged his shoulders and walked off.
Could it be? Peter Reid ran as a bandit??
I'm starting to think I'm insane or something, but I know what I saw...
I feel like one of those people who see big foot or UFO's..
