jacket/vest

Yesterday while riding I wore my PI Whisper jacket. As in the past, I got too warm and wish I had a vest instead. So going one step further, I think a jacket with zip sleeves would be the most practical. I also have a Sugoi heavier weight cycling jacket, but that is for colder temps.

I was looking at the Sugoi Versa Jacket. I just want to be sure that it is not the type of jacket to balloon out while riding. It does not look as form fitting as the Whisper Jacket, but then again, some exta room would be good for layering.

Does anyone have an any views on the Sugoi Versa Jacket.
