    That's funny! I am sometimes guilty of #2...I eat like I'm training for something months after my events are over and only because my boyfriend has a big race coming up. Have to stop that. NOW!

    How did they get a hold of my training diary? That's exactly what I did last winter (I think I rode my bike a whole 2 times).

    Didn't work out so well.
    Just ask my gut that I've had along for the ride all season long...
