Nope. First timer here. The only race I've done in my life was a 5K a few weeks ago. I did run the loop around the lake earlier this summer...lots of short hills. I'll probably take a spin around the bike loop tomorrow after I pick up my packet.

Am not doing it but am considering doing an Iron Girl event in '08. It looks like a lot of fun and of the two tri's I have done, the womens only was lots nicer.
I'll be interested to see how it goes! I've never done a du either so who knows, maybe this will be something I'll do next year too. I love the Iron Girl website!
