    Numb toes

I'm wearing Specialized road shoes (no clips). After about 20 miles my toes are numb and tingling. Sometimes the ball of my foot cramps. When off the bike, shoes are comfortable. Any ideas?

I had the same problem with my Specialized shoes. Bad fit compounded by poor cleat placement. Adjusted the cleat so it was centered directly beneath the ball of my foot. It helped.

Eliminated problem entirely by purchasing Sidi Lorica's. Most comfortable road shoe I've ever had.
    no regrets!

Thanks spazzdog. I have been thinking I will just get different shoes. I will research the Sidi Loricas.
