I was so happy for Levi. He just rocks. I am wondering what team he'll be with next year, though.![]()

(There may be a thread about this already, but I couldn't get into TE for a few days so if there is I missed it.) The US Pro Championships took place over Labor Day weekend, and it sounds as if there was some incredible riding taking place.
cyclingnews.com: Zabriskie barely holds off challengers to defend TT title. DZ and Slipstream swept the podium in the individual time trials, and Saul Raisin debuted in his first pro race since his crash. It would have been amazing to have attended that race!
And, for the Levi fans out there- cyclingnews.com: Leipheimer rides alone to national title. Levi apparently dominated the road race. Poor George, though...
Danny Pate is definitely becoming a rider to watch. He was #2 in the time trial and #5 in the road race. Go Argyle!
"How about if we all just try to follow these very simple rules of the road? Drive like the person ahead on the bike is your son/daughter. Ride like the cars are ambulances carrying your loved ones to the emergency room. This should cover everything, unless you are a complete sociopath."
David Desautels, in a letter to velonews.com
Random babblings and some stuff to look at.
