    hello

    Hey!!!

Good to hear you're ok. Take care of yourself

At least you don't have much more of summer before school starts...Is that good or bad?

Glad to year you are basically ok. I know how you are feeling. This weekend marks two years since I fell and fractured my right shoulder. I was training for my first century that was to be 4 weeks later. Needless to say I couldn't ride it and I also was ticked off.

Feel better and you will get over this hurdle.

Nice to see you back and typing. (with the left side this time I assume ) So, any idea yet why you passed out? You don't have to give details about why if you don't want to, I'm more worried about that fact that you do or don't actually know why before you attempt to ride again. Safety isn't just the helmet, gloves, blinkies... it's about respecting our physical limits as well.

Good luck Katie and please let us know how you are doing as things start to heal again.

I missed what happened - were you hit or crashed? Anyways, glad you're home and it wasn't any worse.
