So you know how when you're in those first stages of sleep and you quickly startle awake because you dream of a fall, or something coming at you, or what-have-you?

Well... last night - I awoke with a start - quickly unclipping my left foot from a pedal... only to find myself safely lying in bed.

My cat looked at me like I was crazy.
