Info for those riding in Hotter 'N Hell.....

Hi All........Below is an e-mail I received this morning from one of our local bike shops and wanted to share it with those of you who will be at Hotter 'N Hell this weekend. It's about a seminar that is put on by Bikin' Mike every year at the MPEC Center. My DH and I attended the seminar last year, and will again this year. It is Excellent and well worth the time. It last about 45 minutes and he goes over everything from how to deal with the heat, eating, staying hydrated, the roads, how to deal with the numerous amount of cyclist and making the most out of your ride, whether your trying to make it to Hell's Gate or just out there for the whole HHH experience.
I will be there early tomorrow afternoon, mostly hanging out at the Performance Bike tent. I work for the Performance store in Plano, TX and will be helping out some while I'm there. Hope to meet some or all the TE Girls that will be at HHH this weekend.

I have done the training with Mike this year and he said that there was a typo, he is actually scheduled to speak from 7:30-9:00.
