I just received a cycling jersey from a bike club in NY. When I tried it on I was shocked There was no elastic at the waist!!! The company that makes them is Louis Garneau. They make relaxed fit and semi relaxed fits Just thought I would pass on this info to others looking for non elastic jerseys. They also have larger sizes for us larger ladies. Here I go spending money again........
