After couple of months of training i started thinking that i should settle a goal in cycling so i was thinking i should have a plan for my training.

Well 3-4 weeks intensive training 4-5x a week 2hours minimum and 1 recovery ride, this sounds not that bad at all. After 3-4 weeks i will have my recovery week 3-4x 1-2hours.

I really wanted to be serious in cycling not just for pleausure or fitness but also as a sport. I'm planning to join a local bike race here in luxembourg by next year 2008 if i will make lots of progress in cycling.
