I wouldn't be surprised if he had the precise orientation correct as recalled from some History Channel special on them!!

In addition, he rode 32 Miles today...his longest ride ever!!!

whoa...thats awesome. when i was a kid i could never build stuff like that. i was too impatient and would end up knocking down whatever mangled "castle" i managed to get standing.

hahaha...he rides more than me (thats sad, yet neat)

HEY HEY look at that! Wow very impressed i mean seriously! I am not kidding! Very good dimension. Where do you live. We might have to set up some lessons. What is really funny is my next project is egyptian for the city of Philly. I would say your son should help us. can he do that but about 25 feet high?
Blessed are the flexible, for they shall not be bent out of shape.

    Cool "castles"!
Maybe SilverSon can get a temporary apprenticeship when Brandi et co. are in town ...?

And on another note, with fingers crossed that this doesn't turn into yet another Thread Drift ... What does zoomzoom mean? (asks the aging ex-pat, feeling lost and out of touch with her formerly native language)
Half-marathon over. Sabbatical year over. It's back to "sacking shirt and oat cakes" as they say here.

Wait, how do you get to hang out at a beach already? *pout*

Zoomzoom.....I think it's from a Mazda commercial where the driver is having tons of fun driving a little sports car through the hills and curves. So I think that zoom zoom refers to Mr.'s Mercedes sports car in his avatar.

We are at the beach because it is our kids Spring Break. My parents live in South Alabama about 4 miles from the beach, so if we can get here we have accomadations all taken care of.
weather is hit or miss in South Alabama in March. But we've had a good week. Mostly, 70's with relatively light winds. The mornings have been cool and the water is too cold for all but the bravest fools. Today the wind was too strong to sit on the beach, so we shopped instead

Duck, it comes from one of my original posts on the forum where I stated that Silver had her bike, but I had my Red ZoomZoom...meaning my Mercedes.

But, now I am cycling as well, so I have a Red Gasoline "ZoomZoom" and a Blue Foot Powered "ZoomZoom."

It's funny...you're an ex-pat in Oslo and my Mercedes mechanic is from Oslo, but lives in Indiana
