    I found this article: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk_politics/6287005.stm.

I wish it was enforced as illegal here too...

Where I lived they just passed a seconday law for talking on your cell phone, eating, putting on make up etc while driving. Which means they can't pull you over for it but if you get pulled over for something you can be fined.

I'm not sure how I feel about this. I don't like extra laws - but I guess don't have the common sense to pay full attention while driving. I mean, why does someone think they can put mascara on while driving - its not like your eyes are where they are supposed to be. Can't you just drive, get to wherever, park and then apply? I don't get it.

We have similar rule for over a year, but there are still many drivers that are talking on the phone while driving, or even worse... I know people that are writing SMS and riding I simply go crazy when I see something like that

I like to put my make-up while waiting at a light-stop. Most drivers around me than just roll they eyes, but what's the problem? Sometimes I got up late and I don't have the time to do it at home, it's not like I'm driving at that time
