A little blah and droopy is normal. I usually feel like I'm stiffer from doing less. Part of the blah is that you're not getting your typical dose of endorphins. I remedy this by doing very short, intense intervals during my light workouts. For example - 20 sec sprint every 2 to 3 min for a total of 5 reps. I won't do another sprint until I feel totally recovered from the first and if you keep em short, they don't count as excessively raising your heartrate, so technically you're still recovering.![]()
