Merry Christmas to you all. I received a wonderful card from a cycling friend that has Santa and a Reindeer on road bikes. Santa is in the lead and the Reindeer was pushing to draft off Santa. My camera cable is at my son's (even though it wasn't talking to my computer anyways) when I get a chance though I'll take a photo and share it.
Don't think of it as getting hot flashes. Think of it as your inner child playing with matches

    Merry Christmas Ladies!

We've opened our presents, eaten our eggs, ham, cherries and other stone fruit and feasted on mangoes from my relatives in North Queensland. It's been a fantastic day!

BF gave me my heart rate monitor and a Waistband for triathlons. What an understanding boyfriend! He's here at my folks place! Our first Christmas together!

Many happy returns for the day!

    ^_^

    Merry Christmas to y'all too.

The day's all but over here - just have to dry the dishes and then it'll be bedtime.
Drink coffee and do stupid things faster with more energy.
