    Isn't it great...

Isn't great when your significant other(in my case, husband) is supportive of your biking even when he doesn't. My sweet husband put up a hook in the garage yesterday to hang(vertically) my big ole bent on. Now it doesn't sit on the back porch getting dirty or possibly stolen. This weekend we are changing the riser , handlebars and cables out. He's very handy to have around.

He is very much in to sailboat racing and teaches sailing. When he broke a rudder last year I didn't even bat an eyelid. (Wasn't cheap.) I don't enjoy the boat as much but try to go when the winds aren't too wild. His idea of fun is putting the rail 12 inches into the water and dragging the jib in the watrer. A little too much for me. My 14 year old daughter loves it. She also likes to bike with mom when she can. By the way can anyone recommend hybrid tires? She likes the road but also goes off road some. She doesn't have a real expensive bike but I'm willing to put decent tires on it.

Have a great day and keep biking.
They're cute when they're little. Then they grow up and they're just ug and dumbly. Quote from my daughter
