    Glorious Fall day in SoCal!

Although I was really tired from my Club Ride yesterday, it was just too beautiful today not to ride. Temps were in the 60's, the sky was clean and sunny with some wispy clouds. There was a strong breeze at times but it felt really good!

Limestone Canyon is private land which I'm allowed to ride on 'cause I am a docent (I lead rides on the property). We had the Canyon all to ourselves.

This is my buddy Richard riding up Limestone Canyon:

From the Sinks, we rode up to Bolero Springs and then back down to the Sinks. I survived the downhill!

Riding down from the Sinks we decided to climb Cactus Trail to Limestone Ridge. Richard riding through the Oaks. The climb was tough...

Richard Standing on the top of the Ridge trail.

From Ridge Trail looking down toLimestone Canyon, the new bike did well...

I am totally wasted. The legs hurt, I can barely walk, but I had fun. What a beautiful day!

Wow Pam, glad to hear and see that you are feeling so good. Thanks for sharing the pictures. What a lovely place to ride.

That looks like a great ride. Physically challenging but technically not so tough.

Looks like my neck of the woods! I haven't ridden all week, letting my bruises heal. Today my ribs don't hurt, but it was too windy over this way to ride. Your trail looks just like ours up here in Ventura county-- even the prickly pear! And a private road--sweet!
