Sounds like you had a great time. I remember seeing this post before and thinking how cool of a journey he must be in store for. Even better now I'm sure becuase he got to ride with a velogirl!
Can't wait to hear all about it this weekend as we play in the mud.

I had also seen Dom's site previously before and WOW, THAT IS SO COOL Velogirl that you were able to meet up with him. Sounds like a great experience and one that I would be proud to be a part of if he were to make his way to Dallas.
I will keep an eye on his site for pictures of your ride with him.

I am happy to report that Denise, Tygab, Deb W., Plushride, Patti, SurlyGirl, Massbike, Wavedancer, and a couple of other people I have met through this forum are not creepy or weird.
While I might think twice about going off and riding with a strange man, I think you will find that most people who are involved with the world of bike touring are down to earth and very nice.
