    Pics of my Bianchi!

YEH! My baby came home tonite! Got some initial pics. I'm going to have to dress her up a bit as she deserves a much nicer bottle cage, bag, etc, but she is still gorgeous to me. Of course I will post her "Glamour Shots" at a later time.

Not totally decided on a name either, but I feel it tickling its way to the surface so it should be forthcoming. Isn't she beautiful?

Hey, I even think the water bottle cage looks great - stainless steel? If so, they are great. Strong and non-marking. I'd keep it.

    Beautiful ride. Enjoy her!

    She's purty.

I have black steel bottle cages on mine, if you don't want to spring for the carbon ones.

    Sweet ride!
    Congrats!
I've vote for a few black carbon cages on there to sleek it up some.

CyclChik - I am becoming obsessed with Bianchi now....Thanks a lot!!! I think it's something about the name - Bianchi...sounds like gnocchi..

    Question though.....is that a kickstand I see?

That's one gorgeous bike, Chyk! Looks like a sweet ride, too. And hey, I like the stainless steel bottle cage--if that's what it is. I recently put two steel cages on my Veloce--I think they're classier than the aluminum ones. And like Emily said, they're strong and don't mark up your bottles, plus I find that they're slightly more compliant when retrieving and returning the water bottle.

    Anyway, enjoy!

Thanks all for your kudos!! I'm so in love with this bike, that's its really kind of embarassing when I talk about her at work because no one else there is a rider so they don't get it. At least they save calling me a weirdo for when I'm not in the room.

Nope, not a kick stand. Its a bike stand that my DH picked up at one of our LBS. I can't seem to find it online to show you gals so I will snap a pic. Its actually pretty nifty.

And DEFINATELY Cielo Su Terra (her OFFICIAL name meaning Heaven on Earth; nickname will be CAT) deserves a carbon bottle holder. She only likes the best, you know (wonder where she gets that from??)

I tried not to be lured by the Bianchi - resisted as long as I could, but in the end...... sounds cult'ish doesn't it?
