Yeah. I was ticketed as at fault in my recent bike-meets-car, for making an unsafe lane change. I was ticketed in a previous car-vs-telephone pole accident for "traveling too fast to avoid a collision", despite the accident being caused by mechanical failure. The cops virtually always ticket somebody in an accident to affix blame/liability. I'm amazed they didn't try to blame the cyclist, though. Even when they're polite, cops hate bikes.
