Have a great ride you guys. I hope the weather holds out for you. The Major Taylor is Sunday but it looks like rain.
Well, it's 9 PM Saturday and I am packed and ready for the ride. I am forcing myself to have a good attitude. First, I was mad that i couldn't do it today, because the weather looked like it would be better today. But, since it rained here almost to 5, I am thinking it might actually be better tomorrow. I don't ride in the rain unless i get caught in it, so the temptation is to bag the whole thing. But my husband isn't letting me! We are planning on being there at 7, so the way it looks, we may get done before the worst of the rain starts.
I haven't really trained enough for this ride, but given the fact that i have been doing very hilly 50 mile rides every week for the last month, I think I will be OK. If I get to 75, I will make myself finish....
Good luck Robyn. I'm wondering the same about the Major Taylor tomorrow. If it's pouring in the morning, I'll probably stay home. Otherwise I'll drive out and hope for the best.

So, how did the rides go? I wasn't in the area today so not sure if it rained much or not. Looking forward to the report(s).
