to all of you that are running in upcoming runs. I am trying to get in shape for a a 15k run. I am up to 6 miles about 3 times this week and that is as far as I have run for long runs. I have 3 weeks before the run do you think that will be enough time to be able to get the miles up before the run?

    Hey twin,
good job on building your miles! I think you should be fine for your race. Try to sneak in at least one 7-8 miler this week or next, just so you're close to the distance. What race are you doing? I live in OK, also, and I'm just curious what race you're doing.
Good luck with your training. Sounds like you've got a good base built up!

    The Tulsa Run

I also live in Ok. I moved back to Norman because I left Norman to teach in Tulsa. I put in 3 years in North Tulsa and decided that because Norman is so bike friendly and because that is one of my main interest and it was time to come home. I am a little worryed that I might dislike it because sometimes when I am running in a so called race/run I have those kinds of feelings. LOL

Cool! Tulsa is a nice place to visit (I'm an OKC kind of girl, tho).
Good luck at your run! Let us know how you do when you finish!
