I can't find the original Engrish thread... did it get pulled? I didn't get a chance to check it out.

Saw two Engrish quotables today, right here in Sonoma, California.
1) Real Estate sign outside property reads: "For sale with owner". Geez! Could I get it cheaper if I buy it withOUT the owner? Do I HAVE to take the owner along with the rest of the deal? How expensive is the upkeep on that owner?
2) From local paper's on-the-street interview column, today's question, "What foods do you like to barbecue?" Answer nr. 3: "Ribs and oysers, along with some good company." Okaaaaayyy ... I like ribs and oysters, but I sure am glad I'm not invited to YOUR barbecue, buddy!
Half-marathon over. Sabbatical year over. It's back to "sacking shirt and oat cakes" as they say here.

Don't think of it as getting hot flashes. Think of it as your inner child playing with matches
