BF and I are leaving this weekend for 3 weeks in Alaska(w/o my bike!!). I am really torn...Beautiful day here in PA and instead of packing/doing things on to do list, I did yoga at 9 AM and by 12 noon was on my bike. Told BF and myself it would just be a quick spin since I won't likely ride again until after 08 July. However, flat roads and sunny skies lured me into 42 miles. Fastest pace I've ever had too and it was GREAT! did 16.8 overall with 17.8 on the first half! I'm happy. Then I grabbed a glass of wine after dinner and have been perusing the RAAM stuff. I am so in awe of all of them. I lurk at BJ too so already made a contribution to Team CYCLONAUTS to help with their challenges. Team RED Helmuts and the Handcycling Team hold a special places in my heart too.
Malliotpois...guess I can't catch you now with 3 weeks off bike(see BJ) but I'll still try when I get back. Nanci(pigeon lover) bought some of Karl King's S!caps ...used today...hopefully no cramps tonight. I'll miss you..poor me,just awesome scenery, birdwatching, wildlife viewing(but no bike!!)![]()
